Therapy works best when there is consistency, so I offer a weekly session where possible at the same time and day each week, but of course some people work shifts so I will always try my best to make this work for you.  .

Once I hear from you, I can offer you a free 15 minute consultation if you would like and then we can then arrange for your initial assessment. This meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, gain  administrative details and is an important part of the therapeutic process.

Therapy schedules:

These will take place on the same day and time each week

Offered sessions:
 short-term (6 – 12 sessions), Mid-term (12-20) longer-term or open-ended therapy.

Fees:
£70 for Initial Assessment(up to 50 mins) 
£70 for 50 minutes sessions thereafter.

Cancellation fees:
I require 48 hours notice of a cancellation, less time than this, you will be liable for the full payment.
