Counselling

Counselling is for anyone who is experiencing difficulties and would like to explore your inner thoughts and feelings with a professionally trained counsellor. Friends and family can be great but sometimes you need someone to listen and see things solely from your point of view.

 

 I believe in working at the right pace and this varies from person to person, allowing individuals to process and create growth while experiencing challenge.

Its ok it you just want to look at something in particular or if you want to look at the whole big picture.
