Welcome to my website
If you have spent much of your life feeling different, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or exhausted from trying to meet expectations that do not always fit who you are, therapy can provide a space to explore your experiences and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.
I have over a decade of experience as a psychotherapist, with extensive experience supporting neurodivergent clients. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent five years working within a specialist educational setting supporting autistic young people, individuals with ADHD, and other social learning differences.
This experience gave me a deep understanding of how neurodivergence can affect emotional regulation, identity, relationships, communication and the way people experience the world around them.
Many neurodivergent adults have spent years adapting, masking or trying to fit into environments that were not designed with their needs in mind. Over time, this can contribute to feelings of exhaustion, anxiety, low self-worth, difficulties in relationships and a sense of not fully understanding themselves.
My approach combines my therapeutic experience with my understanding of neurodivergent experiences, supporting clients to develop greater self-awareness, self-acceptance and healthier relationships with themselves and others.
I aim to offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace.
I offer face to face, online and walk and talk sessions. Feel free to contact for a free 15 minute consultation.

Do you wear a mask?
Where do your thoughts live?
Do you hold it all in?
