Sam Manley Therapy
Welcome to my website

Psychotherapy that meets you where you are
I’m a psychotherapist and supervisor with over a decade of experience supporting people through a wide range of difficulties and life experiences. I have a lot of experience working with clients with neurodiversity and understand that sometimes the ways we think, feel, relate to others and experience the world don’t fit neatly into a box.
I offer a down-to-earth, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what’s going on for you, at your own pace. Therapy can be a place to make sense of your experiences, develop greater self-awareness and self-acceptance, and explore how you relate to yourself and others.
Alongside my private practice, I teach CPCAB Level 4 counselling students at Langley Training and provide supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors. I value having a varied practice and bringing my experience of therapy, supervision and counselling education together.
I offer face-to-face, online and walk-and-talk therapy, depending on what feels right for you.
If you’re considering therapy but aren’t sure whether I’m the right person to talk to, you’re welcome to book a free 15-minute consultation. It’s an opportunity to have a conversation, ask any questions and get a sense of whether working together might feel right for you.
