Counselling

Counselling is for anyone who is experiencing difficulties and would like to explore your inner thoughts and feelings with a professionally trained counsellor. Friends and family are great but sometimes you need someone to listen and see things solely from your point of view.  I believe in working a the right pace and this varies from person to person, allowing individuals to process and create growth while experiencing challenge.
